# Subprocessors

The third-party subprocessors CERRIX engages that may process client-related personal data, including their purpose, the data involved and processing location.

CERRIX works with a limited number of carefully selected third-party service providers (subprocessors) that may process personal data on our behalf. We believe in being fully transparent about who these parties are, what they do for us, and which data they may process.

Every subprocessor listed below has been assessed as part of our third-party risk management process, and appropriate data processing agreements are in place. The large majority of our subprocessors process data within Europe; where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), this is done on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

## Client-related subprocessors

The sections below list the subprocessors that may process client-related personal data, grouped by the scope in which they are used.

## International data transfers

Wherever possible, CERRIX selects subprocessors that process data within Europe. For the subprocessors located outside the EEA, data transfers take place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved by the European Commission, complemented by additional technical and organisational safeguards where appropriate.

## Changes to this list

We review our subprocessor list periodically as part of our third-party risk management process and update this page whenever a subprocessor is added, replaced, or removed.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.cerrix.com/about-cerrix/trust-and-compliance/subprocessors.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
